Crews retrieve car from St. Joe River

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A car was found slightly submerged in the St. Joe River near Johnny Appleseed Park Monday morning.Fort Wayne Police were called to the scene around 6:30 a.m. Monday by nearby pedestrians who saw the car submerged from St. Joe River Drive.According to an officer at the river, the car had been submerged in the river since Sunday night.
