Crashes cause backups on I-69 amid heavy rain

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Drivers should be extra careful traveling in the bouts of heavy rain Tuesday, especially on the highway. Multiple crashes were reported along Interstate 69 in the afternoon.
