Covington Road Trail project will result in 2 month road closure

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Starting on Aug. 12, a portion of Covington Road is set to close due to construction for the Covington Road Trail. There will also be lane restrictions between the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery entrance and Getz Road.Covington Road will be closed for two months, and lane restrictions will continue for the same amount of time.Fort Wayne Public Works advises drivers to utilize Dicke Road, Aboite Center Road, West Jefferson Boulevard and Getz Road.
