(WANE) - A Butler man was arrested Thursday for allegedly shooting a man in the shoulder.Investigators and SWAT teams swarmed downtown Butler to investigate beginning around 2:35 p.m.DeKalb County dispatchers confirmed police were investigating a shooting near the Butler Public Library, which is on South Broadway Street.
