Downtown Raleigh Alliance report highlights economic rebound but 'we haven't yet pulled through'

The downtown Raleigh report highlights 37 new storefront businesses opening this year, a 215% increase in food and beverage sales in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the same quarter last year, and a 390% increase in demand for downtown hotel rooms.
