Southeast Michigan Car vs. Deer crashes rise in 2015

The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments reports there were 5,871 southeast Michigan car vs. deer crashes in 2015. This number represents a jump of 314 reported wrecks involving deer. Statistics were gathered by Michigan State Police and Criminal Justice Information Center, according to a SEMCOG release.
