Health chief says no issues since CDC replaced state on Flint Legionnaires' work

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has replaced the state Department of Health and Human Services in investigating deaths from Legionnaries' disease in Genesee County -- the result of a protective order issued last week by Genesee Circuit Judge Geoffrey L. Neithercut.
