Ex-convicts to be offered microloans and training to start small businesses

The Small Business Administration, W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Justine Petersen will announce a new partnership to offer microloans and entrepreneurial training to formerly incarcerated individuals, specifically parents, who are aspiring to run small businesses.
