Dad charged after son shoots brother with gun found in father's bedroom

Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Kong P. Kue, 36 (DOB: 7/8/1980), of Detroit in connection with the non-fatal shooting of his 14-year-old son by his 10-year-old son.
