Court allows part of Flint water crisis lawsuit to move ahead against state

Parts of a civil lawsuit against Gov. Rick Snyder, the state of Michigan and two former Flint emergency managers have been dismissed but other claims can move forward, the Michigan Court of Claims says in an opinion issued Wednesday, Oct. 26.
