Wounded Broncos CB Aqib Talib Will Have To Stay In Denver

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) – Aqib Talib returned to the Denver Broncos’ headquarters on Wednesday so team doctors could evaluate his gunshot wound after a bullet pierced his right thigh and calf last weekend.
Coach Gary Kubiak said he spoke briefly with Talib before the medical staff checked him out and charted a course of recovery for the Pro Bowl cornerback, who is due $8.5 million in base salary next season.
