Woman Says She Was Carjacked Twice By The Same Man

VALLEJO (CBS SF) — A Vallejo woman has been the victim of the same car thief, not once, but twice this week.
On Tuesday evening, the woman was carjacked in her neighborhood near the intersection of Vervais Avenue and Carolina Street. Her purse and credit cards were in the trunk of the vehicle.
She did her own detective work and the next day she tracked her credit cards to a nearby store.
