Witnesses Say Corvette Was Going 100 MPH Before Crash

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – Colorado state troopers are investigating a car crash that happened in Golden Saturday afternoon.
According to Alisha Danko with the Colorado State Patrol, calls began coming in around 2:30 p.m. about a maroon 2007 Corvette traveling at an estimated 100 miles per hour, driving erratically and passing other vehicles on the shoulder on eastbound C-470 near Morrison Road.
