Wildfire Grows, Claims Structure And Prompts Evacuations

PARACHUTE, Colo. (CBS4) – The Spring Creek Wildfire burning in Garfield County has claimed a structure and prompted evacuations.

According to the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office, the fire is burning between Spring Creek and Wallace Creek south of Parachute.
As of Friday evening the fire was estimated at approximately 150 acres.
