Wildfire Contained After Burning 30 Acres Near Carter Lake

BERTHOUD, Colo. (CBS4) – A wildfire that burned near Carter Lake in Larimer County came close to a home on Friday.

For several hours the fire forced the evacuation of between six and eight homes in the Sedona Hills subdivision, just east of the lake.
Carter Lake is located west of the town of Berthoud.
