Why Cory Gardner wants to repeal net neutrality

Despite Net Neutrality regulations passing in February and taking effect in June, Republican Sen. Cory Gardner as well as one of the two commissioners of the Federal Communications Commission who voted against the rules say they still have hopes it will be repealed.
