Westminster Mayor Asks For Help To Rebuild Buddhist Temple

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)– The mayor of Westminster is asking for help to rebuild a Buddhist temple that burned more than four years ago.Mayor Herb Atchison sent out an email to all Westminster residents asking them to help preserve the group’s culture.Members have had a tough time rebuilding the Lao Buddhist Temple because insurance won’t cover the cost of rebuilding. A 77-year-old senior monk was injured in the fire.
