Washed Ashore Makes Maiden Voyage To Denver Zoo

DENVER (CBS) – A new traveling exhibit, “Washed Ashore: Art to Save the Sea,” is coming to the Denver Zoo.
The exhibition features 15 sculptures of sea life made from debris collected from beaches.

In a statement, Denver Zoo spokesman Sean Andersen-Vie said the sculptures are meant to “serve as a call to action, encouraging Zoo guests to recycle and prevent ocean pollution.”
