Warning System Malfunction Gives 4 A.M. Wake Up Call

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)– The outdoor emergency warning systems in Longmont malfunctioned early Thursday morning.The warning system set off a tone about 4 a.m. Thursday that is not normal for the system.
