Vigil Honors Victim In Lodo Shooting, Office Community

DENVER (CBS4)– A vigil will begin on Thursday evening to honor the victim who was shot and killed by her soon-to-be ex-husband.
Cara Russell was shot several times Tuesday afternoon in The Alliance Center at 1536 Wynkoop where she worked as the executive director of the Colorado Recycling Association. The gunman, her estranged husband Mickey Russell, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound before police arrived.
