Vail Man Pleads Guilty In Fatal DUI Crash

EAGLE, Colo. (CBS4) – A Vail man faces a possible six years in prison after pleading guilty in a drunk driving crash that killed a man.
According to Thomas Kelly with the Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s Office, John Althouse, 34, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to vehicular homicide and driving under the influence in the traffic accident that killed 30-year-old Harold Adcock III.
