DENVER (CBS4)– VA medical centers across the country held the first ever “Access Stand Down” where volunteers helped veterans get the care they need.The locations included the VA Hospital in Denver which provides services on Saturday.Volunteers helped make sure the veterans got the care they needed and even extra attention if desired.
