VA chief: It would be 'lunacy' not to finish Aurora hospital project

The head of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, expressed confidence Saturday that a funding agreement for the VA's troubled Aurora hospital project will be put in place before its existing funding lapses at the end of September.
