USS Colorado Crew Brushes Up On Cooking Skills

DENVER (CBS4)– The new USS Colorado submarine is getting ready for action and that has the crew brushing up on their cooking skills.
Two crew members will take cooking lessons at the Brown Palace on Wednesday where they will learn some traditional Colorado dishes.They will learn how to make Rocky Mountain trout and the Denver omelet.The USS Colorado should go into service later this year. It’s the fourth Navy ship to bear the name of the State of Colorado since 1857.
