Tyson Recalls Chicken Nugget Products Due To Possible Contamination

WASHINGTON (CBS4)– Tyson Foods Inc. has recalled about 132,520 pounds of chicken nugget products sold at Costco that may be contaminated with hard plastic.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the recall on Tuesday morning. The problem was discovered when consumers complained about foreign material in the chicken nugget products.
