Typhoon Soudelor hits Taiwan; 4 dead, 4 missing, 64 injured

TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) — Typhoon Soudelor lashed Taiwan on Saturday, downing trees, traffic lights and power lines, and leaving at least four dead, four missing and dozens injured.
