Two dead in Big Thompson Canyon motorcycle crash

A motorcycle crash killed two people Sunday afternoon and forced the closure of U.S. 34 in Big Thompson Canyon west of Loveland. A Larimer County sheriff’s dispatcher confirmed the crash reported at 4:44 p.m. The State Patrol will investigate, the dispatcher said, and Larimer County deputies were responding.
