Trial Date Nears In Mother-To-Be Stabbing Case

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The scheduled start date of the trial for a 35-year-old woman accused of stabbing a pregnant woman in Longmont and cutting the baby out of her womb is only a few weeks away. This week the court is addressing numerous pre-trial motions.
Dynel Lane’s trial is scheduled to start in mid-February. She is charged with attempted first degree murder and unlawful termination of pregnancy in the attack on Michelle Wilkins in March 2015 at Lane’s home.
