Top VA official apologizes for budget-busting hospital project

Veterans Affairs Deputy Secretary Sloan Gibson apologized Thursday for the hospital project in Aurora that became a $1.73 billion boondoggle and tried to reassure Colorado veterans that they will see it finished in two years.
