The top U.S. Marshal in Colorado has been reassigned amid a “review” of district programs and operations and agency plans to make changes to its office in the state.
“Ken Deal has been reassigned,” the U.S. Marshals Services said in a statement out of its Washington, D.C., office. “Andrew Smith is the new acting chief deputy U.S. marshal for the district.”
