Toddler Located In Fort Collins In Possible Kidnapping Case

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Fort Collins located a 2-year-old girl they said on Sunday was kidnapped by her great grandparents who didn’t have custodial rights to her.
