Thousands Attend 4/20 Rally A Month Late

DENVER (CBS4)– Thousands attended the 4/20 Rally in Civic Center Park a month late. The festival was delayed because of a winter storm that hit Colorado in late April.4/20 Rally (credit: CBS)
