Thief Breaks Into Car, Steals Purse, Then Caught On Camera Buying TV

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Deputies in Jefferson County would like the public’s help identifying a man suspected of breaking into a car, stealing a purse and making an expensive purchase with a stolen credit card.
According to Jacki Kelley with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, on Sept. 1 sometime between 9-10 a.m., a car was broken into in Van Bibber Open Space Park and a purse was stolen.
