Theft Suspect With Missing Shoe At Large After Crash

EDGEWATER, Colo. (CBS4) – A man with one shoe is on the run after stealing an SUV and a gun and smashing into a car at 20th Avenue and Fenton Street near Sloan’s Lake.

The shoeless thief nearly got nabbed by the occupants of the other vehicle involved in the early Wednesday morning crash.
There were three people in the other car and they got out and tried to keep the suspect from getting away. Police also quickly arrived on the scene and briefly chased after him on foot
