Teen Arrested After Shooting That Hospitalized Man During Argument

FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. (CBS4) – A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Federal Heights.
The shooting happened Thursday morning at a mobile home park on Federal Boulevard near 100th Avenue.

Investigators say Julian Jose Richards, 19, shot another man after an argument.
