SUV Driver Who Crashed Into Marczyks Identified

DENVER (CBS4) – The man who drove an SUV into Marczyks Fine Foods on Colfax Avenue Tuesday afternoon has been identified.
Marcus Martinez was taken into custody after he drove into the store.

Police believe Martinez was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the crash. He was arrested for DUID.
