Suspicious Device Found At Longmont Justice Center

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) – The discovery of a suspicious device forced the evacuation of the Longmont Justice Center on Wednesday evening.

The evacuation took place just before 5 p.m. and Boulder County’s bomb squad was called in. The scene was declared safe later on.
Investigators haven’t said exactly what the device is, but it appears from a photo released by Longmont’s emergency management office to be some sort of old artillery shell.
