Suspect Shot, Killed After Home Invasion Identified

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– The suspect who was shot and killed after a home invasion in Jefferson County on Sunday has been identified.
There were two suspects in a gold Mustang who responded to a Craigslist ad on Sunday. One of the suspects, David Martinez, was shot and killed while he was trying to get away.
Investigators say the two men went into the home on Taft Court near Belleview and Simms and tied up the male homeowner. He got loose, ran out and began firing at Martinez,
