Suspect In Officer-Involved Shooting Killed In Exchange Of Fire

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – A man was killed Tuesday night in an officer-involved shooting outside a Motel 6 in Lakewood.
Officers were watching a suspicious vehicle in the Motel 6 parking lot, on Wadsworth Boulevard just south of 6th Avenue. The car was not associated with anyone staying at the motel, but it is unknown if it was stolen.
