Surveillance Video Released In Animal Cruelty Investigation

DENVER (CBS4) – An animal cruelty investigation is underway in Denver.
Police say they are hoping to talk to a man seen in a surveillance video as he dropped off two young dogs at the city’s animal control building earlier this month. The pups were in extremely poor health.

The dogs are currently at the animal shelter being treated for malnutrition and mange.
