LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)– Police blame sun glare for a deadly crash that killed a man in a wheelchair in Lakewood on Friday morning.The collision between the man in a wheelchair and the SUV happened at West 14th and Reed Street. (credit: CBS)
