Summit County Inmate Dies At Hospital After Suicide Attempt

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (AP) – A 31-year-old inmate who tried to kill herself in the Summit County Jail has died at a hospital.
Sheriff’s officials say Jacqueline Bickford, of Blue River, was found unresponsive in her cell Monday morning. She was taken to a Lakewood hospital in critical condition and died that night.
An autopsy is planned.
