DENVER (CBS4) – Another day with temperatures well above normal as real summer weather hangs on! Plenty of sunshine and blue skies as, officially, Denver reached 89 degrees and 88 downtown on Monday: 7 degrees above normal and just 5 degrees off the 1959 record high. A cold front will sweep through the state overnight into tomorrow dropping the high temperature over a dozen degrees – down into the mid 70s for Friday.
