Spot A ‘Zombie’ Driver Looking Drunk This Halloween? Just Dial *CSP

DENVER (CBS4) – The Colorado State Patrol is stepping up patrols this Halloween weekend.
Troopers will be on the lookout for drunk drivers. They say anyone caught driving in a “zombie state of mind” will be stopped and arrested.
If you spot someone who shouldn’t be on the road call *CSP to report them.
