South Broadway Project Complete After 16 Months

DENVER (CBS4)– Crews have finished a major construction project on a busy stretch of South Broadway in Denver.
All the lanes have been reopened from Kentucky to Arizona after 16 months of construction.

The City of Denver repaved the streets with concrete and added other improvements like stop lights, benches and bike racks.

The $16 million project is the first to be completed under Denver Mayor Michael Hancock’s “Action Mobility Plan.”
