Snow, Freezing Temperatures Make For Tricky Holiday Travel

DENVER (CBS4)– Snowplows are deicers are out on the roadways around Colorado as temperatures dipped into the single digits. The below-freezing temperatures c combined with the snow on Christmas day made for some tricky holiday travel.
“We’ve been heavily hit obviously in Southwest Colorado, Grand Junction and the high country,” said Colorado Department of Transportation Director of Communications Amy Ford.
