Small Plane Crashes In El Paso County

PALMER LAKE, Colo. (AP) — Authorities are responding to a small plane crash in El Paso County.
The crash happened Wednesday morning near Palmer Lake but no other details have been released.

The town is near the Air Force Academy but the school told The Gazette of Colorado Springs that the plane isn’t one of its aircraft. The academy isn’t flying planes Wednesday partly due to strong winds.
