Slashed Tires: Mischievous Kids Or Statement Against Affordable Housing?

DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver need help catching a serial tire slasher who has struck more than three dozen times in one neighborhood.
“I’ve never been through anything like this. I have two kids, so slashing my tires right after Christmas, I had to use my rent money to pay for tires,” said one resident.
