Shots Fired In Possible Road Rage Case In Park Hill

DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police are investigating a possible act of road rage in the city’s Park Hill neighborhood on Monday.
A driver allegedly opened fire on another driver East 23rd Avenue at Holly Street.
When CBS4’s Jennifer Brice was in the area, Victor Pate’s children were raking leaves feet from where the road rage incident happened outside their home at 9:45 a.m. He says they didn’t hear any gunshots but are surprised it happened so close to home.
