RTD A Line Train Slams Into Van At Crossing, Killing Driver

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – An A Line train collided with a van early Tuesday morning, killing the vehicle’s driver.

The crash happened at approximately 3:40 a.m. at the railroad crossing at Smith Road and Chambers Road in Aurora. A total of 56 passengers were on board the train at the time.
The train dragged the passenger van approximately a quarter of a mile after the collision.
